We recently had a corporate team building experience, led by @spazioinner a consulting and training company specializing in personal and organizational development.
The proposed activities had the function of instilling a sense of lightness in the daily work life.
Lightness doesn’t mean superficiality, but rather a state of well-being and relaxation that fosters learning and building a united and proactive team committed to achieve better results.
The main objective of this initiative was to identify strengths and areas for improvement within Intercom.
We firmly believe that a happy and passionate team is the foundation for long-term success and we can’t wait to apply the new ideas and skills acquired during this experience to our jobs.
