CANY
HUDSON C – LYRA Rising from street level in large, relatively rectangular-shaped floor plates and with a setback at the halfway mark, the building is deceptively split in two apparently distinct towers by a chamfered edge down the centerline of its structure.
The 565 feet tall tower brings the 598 apartments – with an average square footage of 780 each – to an already densely populated neighborhood. The building includes a resident’s lounge, a golf course simulator, an outdoor
lounge on the 33rd floor of the building, squash courts, a fitness center, a package room, and a laundry room, among others.
