Project Description

One Essex Crossing project, 1.9 million square feet of residential, commercial, and community space in the Lower East Side, that recently won the 2022 Urban Land Institute Americas Awards for Excellence. Intercom Facades has been involved in the design, engineering and fabrication of 111,000 Sq Ft of Curtain Wall and 2,260 Sq Ft of Window Wall.

Designed by CetraRuddy, One Essex Crossing hosts a 15-story building wrapped with various materials such as glass, terracotta, bricks and metal panels.
