YVES RESIDENTIAL

Project Description

One of our oldest project, YVES RESIDENTIAL, is a 14-story, 41 units building with a blue-green glass facade closely resembling a precious emerald stone emerging from the street.
The building sports a massive and iconic frontage on both North and West facades, with glass pavilions offering unique views on the city.
The building façade is designed using a two tone curtain wall system which maximizes views from the interior while making the building a “glass artifact”, hinting at the manufacturing tradition of a neighborhood full with galleries and artist lofts.
